The main crank seal on the back of the motor almost always has to have the oil pan removed and them a part that holds the seal in place. If it is smoking it is leaking bad and it is going to ruin your clutch.
Also, the fact that the crankshaft pulley has moved out is a serious problem. Either the crankshaft pulley has lost its bolt and about to come off. Or, the cranks has moved some. Somehow. Either scenario would damage an engine enough that it would need to be rebuilt. You will have to remove the transmission, clucth, oil pand and seal mount, possibly a few other minor items, to get the seal replaced.
That is the least of your worries thoguh as you need to find out what is wrong with the crankshaft and/or pulley ASAP or engine damage is sure to happen.
