I just replaced my fuel tank, it was leaking, I also replaced the metal evap line on it that was rusted, with hose. IT starts and runs but fuel gauge dosn't work and the light blinks. I disconnected the fuel guage wires but the light still blinks. Any advice is appreciated.

Make sure the fuse for the fuel gauge is in good condition. Make sure power is getting to the fuel gauge sending unit and back to the gauge. Which light is blinking? Low fuel? This could be because the gauge isn't getting the proper voltage.
