need help resetting time on my engine

check cam pins and timing on head cams and how to replace pins and reset timming on cams on a 1999 izusu trooper 3.5l Checking timing an valve's due to presure build up on radiator as well as excaust comming out of intech, the engine will also run with a bad miss and on high RPM'S, please help

right side of engine has low competion,and presure in radiator stays into the next day

right side of engine has low compretion and has a bad miss and will hold radiator presure into next day, also if I crank engine without radiatorcap it will sometimes splash out water from the radiator when engine is cold. I also forgot to menshend this 99 trooper has been parked for almost 3 years,but when I first got it going it ran like new.and after ckecking and reseting timing it is still the same.PLEASE HELP,this was a Christmas gift to my loving wife.THANK YOU.

Try bleeding the cooling system if it continues block and pressure test it
