Why does the serpentine belt keep shredding?

S-belt broke and shredded last night. We replaced it with a new one drove around the block to. Make sure it was ok. This morning on the way to work, it started shredding again. And I only work 10 mins from home.

Make sure all pullies turn freely and there is NO slde play in tensioner and idler pullies

Also look for leaning or misaligned pulleys. When a tensioner wears it will lean and cause the bet to migrate off.
