Wanted to change da dome and map light bulbs but few minutes later I smell wire burn smell, now no interior courtesy lights works. First, I figured it must be da fuse blown. So I started looking for da fuse. Checked under hood, none; under dash, behid ebrake padel, none; so where will da fuse be?

I would expect you do have a blown fuse but before you look for that you have to correct the situation that caused it to blow in the first place. Fuses are installed in circuits to prevent fires. Apparently you pinched a wire or caused a short circuit in some way. That has to be found and resolved.
There are multiple fuses associated with the interior lighting so what you need to do is test each one individually using a test light. The one you are looking for is probably in the inside fuse box but all should be tested.
