The break light warning goes on, but the break doesn't goes flat when i step on it. Do you think adding DOT solve the problem? What about the fluid is full and no lick? what could be the problem?
Thank You.

If brake fluid level is correct and the wrning indicator light is showing, it could be the level switch is faulty, the e-brake switch is malfunctioning or there is a short in the wiring circuit.

For a simple test of the fluid level indicator, unplug the connector at the master cylinder reservoir and test if the light goes away.
