a friend of mine has po325 and po301 on this car my question is will a faulty knock sensor cause a misfire on cylinder 1 ,i drove it and it rides good she said it burns alot of gas though.

no, nissan had issues with this 325 code. most cases it is a false code as it always comes up with another code.

repair the missfire code on number 1 cylinder and it will disappear.
