infiniti g20 oil light on

I have 99 Infiniti g20 and the oil light keeps coming on,which cause the car to turn off I checked the oil its full , I think maybe its some kind of sensor in the oil pan. please help me. I love this car

I would have the oil pressure checked and change the oil pressure switch
