1999 Hyundai Sonata Windshield Washer Fluid Working Nor Cigarette Lighter

The windshield washer fluid isn't working nor is the cigarette lighter. I don't have the diagram to check the fuses.

Two seperate fuses.. Fuse 26 is washer motor and fuse 9 is the cigarette lighter.
