1999 Hyundai Sonata no start

I have a 99 hyundai sonata that cranks but cannot start, I only get spark on number 1 and 4 cylds then no spark on number 2 and 3. For injector pulse, I get injector pulse on number 1 and 2 injectors. No check engine light, I got this code p1609, please I would appreciate ur help. Thanks in advance.

There is no p1609 code. If it's a 1602 your communication has failed and needs to be looked at by a pro. Check fuses underhood as well as ecm relay behind dash right side of center support bracket.
