Good Day, I have a 1999 sonata - does this mean that solenoid D has to be replaced? which solenoid is D?Thanks

The gear does not change ,I believe it its in fail safe. I replaced the connector at the top of the Transmission. I am also seeing a bit of pink foam on the dip stick.

check to make sure that the fluid level is up, if it doesn't straighten out and stays in fail safe take to a trans guy you may have a seal or clutch pak going bad or gone bad.
