my hyundai excel 1999 , i am having problems with it , when i refueled it 3 weeks ago it started running really bad so friends told me to run the fuel out then put in bp ultimate and injector cleaner , on doing this no change if any thing it running worse and when stopping at lights it almosts stalls, and when driving up hills it losses all power, what do u think it may be.

It could be a few things. Have you checked to make sure there are no vacuum leaks? Also, when you filled the tank, could you have over filled it? Finally, has the check engine light come on?

no vacuum leaks and how do u over fil a fuel tank, no engine light has come on at all
