my ignition fuse blows?

When I start the car my ignition fuse blows form under the hood fuse box .I check the wire from ignition switch its ok. Any advise oh yea my car was doing lights bright and low. Now its not start only self-starter turn no response.

check for a short in system may be an ecm problem
