The engine is overheating?

My car is overheating I changed the thermostat and the radiator. Fans are coming on. When overheating the radiator reservoir starts to bubble. What can be the problem? How can I fix it?

Could be air lock-try bleeding it, if this doesn't work lets do a head gasket test. This guide will help.
