1999 Hyundai Atos rear doors wont open

I cant get the two rear doors to open on my Hyundai atos from either the inside or from the outside. Whats the solution and how do I go about getting them to open for me

we don't have that car in U.S. but pull door panels off an dsee if clips going to rods have broken or the rods came off. you shold be able to get it open like that.
