Had a loose crankshaft pulley and had to replace it. When I took out the bolt I noticed the threads on the crankshaft were bad.

The question is what size tap is needed to re thread the crankshaft end (where the bolt goes into)? Also where can I get it from? I can't find a size big enough anywhere.

The part # for the bolt is: 90017-RJA-003, and has a size of (16X49) if that helps!

Take the bolt that was removed to a machine shop and ask them what size you need and if they will rent one to you. A machine shop will have the size you need.
