99 honda prelude, need help please, just bought

need help diagnosing just a few things on a 99 honda prelude. light behind guege lights not coming on, but everything else is on, little bit of wetness on engine, and i can hear sometimes the rear suspension when i go over bumps

Repolace the bulb in the cluster. As far s the "wetness", is it oil, coolant...? Check the rear sway bar bushings, strub mounts... for dry bushings that can cause the noise you hear.
