ABS light and noise

My 1999 Honda Passport ABS light has come on and it is making a loud noise on the right front Passanger area. The noise still continues when the car is off. What is the possible cause?

You need a scan tool to retrieve the trouble codes for the ABS light turning on to verify what is wrong and proceed from there.

As to the noise problem, you need to locate the source as noise problems are impossible to diagnose without you providing a good description of the noise, its source and when it occurs.
