1999 Honda Odyssey Replaced Outer Side Door Handle Now Child Safety Lock Stuck F

I replaced the outer side door handle and now my child safety lock is stuck. How do I fix this?

There is a multi-plex controller that has to be reset when certain repairs are made.
There are mechanical errors that can be made as well.
So, I am attaching the door latch installtion instructions to this post so you can double check it.

Then, I will have a Multi-Plex Control Diagram posted in the next post box.
Use this first to find the fuses for the drivers door and drivers control units. remove these fuses for 30 seconds.
This should reset controls.

Another way to reset the entire computer if the problem persists is to disconnect the negative battery cable for 30 seconds.

If that does not work. have the trouble codes scanned and get back to us with them.
