1999 Honda CRV Malfuncition Power Folding Door Mirrors

My side door mirrors are working well except for the folding mechanism. There is no movement when i press the button. Also, i saw my left side mirror is shaking sometimes whenever the car is moving. What is the cause? Any solution by myself?

check for blown fuses in car and underhood first. if mirror shakes check tosee if it's loose

any guideline which fuse it is? i bought this car without a manual.

i'ts fuse 17 underdash . It could be the switch is bad as well check and see if mirror is gettingpower on the way it doesn't work.

I looked it up in my manual and that is where the fuse is. nothing underhood for mirrors.
