tcm code on 1999 honda civic

just had rod bearing replaced and new timing belt instaled two days later the car started lossing power and dieing checked battiery and its bad but its coding p-1768 and p-1298 its shifting from park to drive very hard and will not shift into over drive

well,it made it past 200,000 miles which is really good for a honda transmission!

sounds like a bad lock up solenoid.
