i have a 1999 honda accord. i got a new battery and now when i put the stereo security code in. it says says error. what is my best move??

If you have the wrong security number, it is not going to work.
If you had keyed in the wrong number a few times, you need to reset by removing the radiao/backup fuse for a few seconds. Re-key in the security number after reinstalling fuse.
