My (PCM) power control module has a malfunction...On a HONDA Accord 1999, 2.3... what is it and where is it located..I found out with a diagnostic check....would you have a pic of it?how does it look.. and where

What's the exact code that its giving? Might not be the PCM

The code is P 1607.. it says Internal circuit malfunction

It could be a short circuit within the PCM-PCM at Behind center of dash, forward of floor console.

Forgot to tell you it happen, when car died and i got a jump.. . engine light came on.
