What's the exact code that its giving? Might not be the PCM

The code is P 1607. It says Internal circuit malfunction

It could be a short circuit within the PCM-PCM at Behind center of dash, forward of floor console.

Forgot to tell you it happen, when car died and I got a jump.. Engine light came on.
