1999 Honda Accord motor

Would my engine be messed up if I drove my Honda while it overheated in the radiator, all the water ran out and the car quit running.

Fill it back up with antifreeze and see what happens. It can be abunch of stuff like head gasket cracked head etc. But until you restart it with coolant you won't know. It may have done nothing as well.
