my left front rim has a slight bend on the lip and the air started leaking out. i had someone re seal it for me and its fine now there is no more leak and all of my tires are fine, but now my car wobbles and makes a humming noise when i reach speads over 45. What should i do?

Have it inspected at a tire and alignment shop. The humming is due to a noisy wheel bearing or choppy tread wear due to an alignment problem. Typical causes of wobbling are a bent wheel, broken belt in a tire or loose steering or suspension parts.
