Have oil in Water Resavoir and Radiator. 1999 Honda Accord, where is it coming from?

If it is motor oil, chances are you have a bad head gasket. If it appears to be trans fluid, the radiator may be leaking internally. Check both the motor oil and trans fluid to make sure there is no contamination from coolant.
