1999 Honda Accord Ex V6 Coupe/Steering

Replaced Rack & Pinion, outer tie rods. At test drive Wheels scrape/hit inner when i tried to pull out of drive way. Did not count turns when doing tie rods. My questions if that year all 1999 Accords Ex v6 coupes use close to or an equal amount of turns for outer tie rods.

this should be aligned it is more than likely out of alignment and ends are not centered. your tires will wear pretty quick if you do not.
