I have a 1999 Honda accord v-6 over 200000 miles. this morning on my way to work the dashboard lit up with all indicator lights without any warning. there was a distict smell that rubber was burning so I opened the hood and looked at the belts but I have no working knowledge of timimng belt issues. but I did not see any belts broken ot frayed. all fluid levels are good. what could have caused this?

oil on manifold or oil on belt making it slip. timing belt and regular belt and tensioner recommended replacement is 60,000 miles unless in California then it's 100,000 mi.

Sounds like you have a bad ignition switch. Very common on these models.
