My car is over heating the fan is not comeing on i just replaced the hose that goes to the heater coreon my 99 honda accord it only cools down when i have the heat on full blast do i need to replace the thermostae

Go ahead and replace the thermostat and also check the coolant temperature sensor and also the cooling fan relay-start here-let me know what's happening
