how to repair left rear top & bottom outer control arm bush, right rear top outer control arm bush

normally on control arm bushings the control arm has to come out and then usually an air chisel pushes the bushing out, then reinstall it with a scoket that fits the bushings. we dont' have an y info for Holden cars . but what i've described is usually how it's done.
