1999 Holden Commodore Radiator

I haves 99 vt commodore. I have transmission fluid in my radiator and coolant in my transmission. Its had a new radiator installed and the gearbox has been drained and flushed. I drove around the block and now the problem is back. How can I fix this

The only way that can happen is if the radiator is broken internally. It sounds like the new rad is bad, too.
