how do i really know if i have a head gasket problem on my 1999 holden commodore VT it doesent overheat temperature doesnt going over half & doesnt blow any smoke out of exhaust

Check engine compression and also have it block and pressure tested

You can get a head check done, this is a simple chemical test to check for Co in the cooling system. Why do you think that it has a head problem in the first place?
