When I drive from about 70 kph and up the front right wheel makes a THUMPING sound like a CLICK-CLICK-CLICK and gets louder the faster I drive.

Is this an issue or major problem I need to have addressed?

This should be checked out, i would be getting the wheel bearing checked and ensure that the drive shaft nut is tight, often if you see rusty marks around the drive shaft nut it is loose and this can make a clicking noise.
