power to coil and no spark to plugs , installed new distributor, problem was only once in a while at the begining now no spark at all

Have you checked the crank sensor? Have you checked the ignition module?

Spark from coil to distributor , none to plugs , have changed ignition modular and distributor , coil is working , could it still be crank sencor when coil has spark

I just worked on a Buick a few weeks back that had power to the coil but no spark. It ended up being the crank sensor. I realize these are two different type vehicles, but they are both GM. So is it possible? I would have to say, yes.
