where is the brake sensor or switch located?

I have trouble with my tansmission shifting in and out of overdrive and looked at a forum and found that other ppl have found that it was the brake sensor or switch. I think it may be the TPS. Where are they located so I can replace them

The TPS is mounted on the throttle body in the engine compartment.
