For an older truck to pull a horse trailer what would be the best brand - Ford F-150, GMC Sierra or Dodge Ram?

I am looking to buy a truck that was made between 1998-2002 with approximate 100000 km on it. I am planning to use it for about 50000 km over a few years. What make will be the most reliable to buy, is there any particular year they made better trucks? Am I being naive this truck will not give me much trouble or I should expect to spend a good chunk of money on repairs?
