Van lost power,wouldnt shift,started shaking bad.

2 days ago the van died on my wife.It would turn over but would not start.Had the ignition coil replaced.My wife was driving it today and it all of a sudden lost power and started shaking really bad.It would not shift and now it will not restart again.Please help.
