GMC Jimmy blower motor making a lot of noise and slows down at the time. Do I need to change it or can it be just an adjustment? If I turn the fan on full, it works for a while, but if I turn a corner, or hit a bump, it makes a lot of grinding noise and slows down like it's dragging. Sort of like the bearings are gone.
