What would make my van chug and the rear heater blow out cold air

Check coolant level first if low have pressure checked for leaks, then check the actuator on the rear heater, it is to the left of the rear seat. There are two and either one or both cold be bad. Make sure to check fuses as well. Hey are #8-16-&23 on fuse panel left side of dash
