how to start my van?

i change some fuse, but forgot to disconnect the battery. now it won't start. no lights on the panal, keys turn and lights inside go on, and the radio.

did it start before and why did you change a fuse??

i change a bad fuse, know it goes on. but the odometer is like this------- i can't see the miles

dash cluster has failed. in most cases, the vehicle will not run with a failed cluster. have a shop confirm it for you to verify the failure..
