1999 Ford Windstar Right Slider Door Came Off Hinge One That Runss Under Side

The right slider door came off the hinge (the one that runss under the side window) how in the heck do I get this back on. Can I do it with the door on or do I have to take thing apart first?

OK, I ended up taking the hinge off the door, then putting the hinge back in the slot the put the hinge back on the door. Very hard to get the door shut, so no plans on opening it any time soon.
