My heat dont work in front but it works in back

With engine running and at operating temp heater fan motor on high open hood and check heater hoses by the firewall
if both hot you have a blend door issue
if one warm or hot and other not heater core need to be flushed
isolate heater core and flush

Ok well we were intrested in this van so I am trying to figure it out but they say it wont switch from cold to hot?

Again this would need to be check as above if hoses hot and no heat inside its blend system inside under the dash and that could be two possibilities
a blend door $$$$$
or blend door actuator
