How to change the cigar lighter in a 1999 winstar

The lighter does not work. I changed the fuse but that did nothing. I need to change the lighter.

Go buy a new lighter element to start with.

"go buy a new lighter" is your answer. I asked how to change the light and that is no answer. Please return my donation because you gave me nothing I can use. This site is useless.

Youll need the replace the element first then the base if needed. If you have a test light you can check for power COMING TO THE base. Then u know its the element. If none the panal will have be removed. Then check the power wire at the base. If it has power replace the base. Ty for using 2carpros
