how to change the cigar lighter in a 1999 winstar

the lighter does not work. I changed the fuse but that did nothing. I need to change the lighter.

"go buy a new lighter" is your answer. I asked how to change the light and that is no answer. Please return my donation because you gave me nothing I can use. This site is useless.

youll need the replace the element first then the base if needed.if you have a test light you can check for power COMING TO THE base.then u know its the element.if none the panal will have be removed.then check the power wire at the base.if it has power replace the base.ty for using 2carpros
