Brake lights out on 1999 Ford Windstar

1999 Ford Windstar Van brake light on passenger side not working. Changed bulb, changed plug and still does not work. Tail lights work but not brake lights Now the tag lights have gone out. Changed bulbs and it still does not work.

At right rear quarter inside trunk there is a Rear Electronic Module. Check the continuity of wire between the module and brake bulb socket.

Check terminal 1 or 5 for continuity to grund with brake pedal depressed.
