Will oxygewn sensors cause a car to crank but not always start?

Someone suggested this to me before about my lean bank 1&2 issue.

Not ususally check yoru fuel pump pressure and scan for codes see if there are any besides O2 sensor

The only codes I have say lean on banks 1&2

Check for a vacuum leak as well as fuel pressure test.
