I just replaced the inner tie rods, tie rod ends, rotors, and brake pads on both sides of the vehicle. Now I cannot get the steering wheel aligned to the proper position when both tires are straight. What am I doing wrong?

Okay, did you lock the steering wheel in the straight ahead position prior to removing all the tie rods? Are you trying to do the alignment yourself at home without a machine?

Also make sure that the parts you removed are the exact same length and size of the parts you removed. A lot of times there are different sizes based on trim package such as the Taurus SHO and DOHC V6 model.
