power window problem

yes my car one day all the windows worked and all of a sudden then just stoped working i replaced the power window relay switch and that didnt help the power locks still work i used a fuse tester for fuse#4 which is a circuit breaker and it said it worked tested all the fuses and they are good i just looking for any answer before i put alot of money over part i dont need please help

so what part are you contemplating big cost on? it sounds like a power loss problem since they all quit. finding the place of interruption is all thats required.
