1999 Ford Taurus Heater control problems

No Heat. Symptoms are: Outside temp reads zero. Blower does not work. Replaced ambient temp sensor; still reads zero. Replaced blower resistor. Digital display works. Cannot get diagnostic mode to work. fuse is good.

Have you tested for power and ground at the motor to see if either is missing? If neither is missing, the motor would be bad. If one or the other is missing, that will give us a path to follow.
