HOW DO I GET DRIVING LIGHTS TO STOP FLICKERING?

Check the charging system. See if that voltage is flickering. Some vehicles, you may be able to brighten and dim the headlamps with dimmer control. I'm not talking about the dimmer switch.

One of my vehicles does the same thing, in the dark, annoying as hell, isn't it? I'm an old retired guy, I don't get out much after dark. I haven't tracked my issue down, yet. The alternator isn't very old, on mine, Different make and model.
